Dunyon was a Jeweler and Watchmaker in Portland Maine 1850 to 1880. The spoons have a monogram on the front handle. Typically, silver manufacturers would wholesale to jewelers and retailers. These retailers would then place their mark on the item. These spoons were likely made by a silversmith who did not mark the blanks. The retailer, Dunyon then placed his mark on the spoons for retail sale. These Lovely Coin Silver Spoons would make a Great Addition to any Antique Coin Silver Collection.
