Very nice antique pocket watch in a heavy coin silver hinged case. The dial and movement is marked Ohio Watch Co. My research reveals that no such company existed. I found some evidence that these watch were made by the Columbus Watch Co. When you search the Pocket Watch Data Base using this serial number and Columbus the watch does come up. See the last picture – identical movement found under Columbus. Well, anyway it is what it is, I find it very interesting. Watch does run and keep time. Case main body has some dings. Face and hands very nice, has a small hairline and scratch. Crystal has a scratch. Overall diameter is 59mm. Look at the photos closely as I consider them the most important part of the description. What you see is what you will get.
