It is made in late 1800s early 1900 made of German Silver, with is actually an alloy of copper, nickle and zinc. Intricate, ornate, impressive in every way. At 100+, we should all look so good. The single ball clasp work s, the mesh is intact and in very good condition. One of the little bags has a tassel, the other does not. One side the hinges are intact and the other is not.
