This coin is the third release in Fiji’s “Dragons of the World” series. The shaped coin features the China’s Whiskered Dragon, coiling around the Pearl of Wisdom that has been selectively colorized with a red hue. The coin’s obverse shows the other side of the dragon along with an inset that shows the Fiji Coat of Arms that is being held by one of the dragons claws! Both sides of this coin were struck with extraordinary Ultra High Relief (UHR) detail that towers above the surface and magnificently accentuates the coin’s intricate designs. This coin has been coated with a unique antique finish that adds extra depth and dimension to the design. This finish is typically applied by hand, meaning that no two coins are exactly alike. Each Dragons of the World China Whiskered Dragon Ultra High Relief Antiqued Coin has been struck in a full ounce of highly pure 99.9% fine silver and measures approximately 40 mm in diameter. This is a larger slab from NGC and is incredible in person. You will receive the coin in the NGC slab, COA, and a small red bag for the slab.
