Item is a 2022 Niue Nizari Assassins 5 oz. 925 silver statue coin, produced by the Mint of Gdansk. This is an extremely limited three-dimensional silver collectible with a worldwide mintage of only 200 pieces. The coin being offered is individually numbered #095/200. This impressive issue is much more than a traditional flat coin. The Mint of Gdansk created the piece as a three-dimensional silver sculpture depicting a crouching Nizari assassin with his face covered and dagger in hand, positioned on an intricately detailed fortress-style base. The antique finish brings out the sculpted clothing, armor, architecture and fine details throughout the design. The underside incorporates the legal-tender portion of the coin and features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, along with the Niue denomination, 2022 date and silver fineness. According to the original Mint of Gdansk certificate, the specifications are 5 oz in weight. 925 silver, approximately 61 x 62 x 56 mm, antique finish, numbered edition and a worldwide mintage of only 200 pieces. This example is #095/200 and includes the original box and Certificate of Authenticity. This is part of the Mint of Gdansk’s Assassins series, a collection based around famous historical groups of assassins and warriors. The large three-dimensional statue format, substantial 5 oz weight and extremely small 200-piece production make this one of the more elaborate pieces from the series.
