For your consideration is this spectacular handcrafted Coin Silver Mercury Dimes and Turquoise necklace by Navajo artisan Tom Ahasteen, inspired by designs of the late 1800s era. This gorgeous necklace was hand strung with bench beads made from hand domed Mercury dimes. The coins vary from 1940s to 1950’s. The soldered dimes measure approx 17mm wide. Rondelles of genuine blue turquoise beads provide elegant spacing between the Mercury dime bench beads. The necklace measures approx 26-1/2 long. The ends are dressed with sterling silver cones, domed mercury dimes and a hook-eye clasp. Weighs approx 180 grams. Comes with a hallmark tag. Also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
