JUDGING FROM THE NOT YET REFINED MARKS AND THE SUMPTUOUS DECORATION–NOT SEEN IN THE LATER EXAMPLES – THIS EWER WAS MANUFACTURED IN THE EARLY STAGES OF THE PARTNERSHIP , POSSIBLY AS EARLY AS 1847.
